Our broadband router's "broadband light" didn't come on this morning. Panicking for a second, we found out that broadband connection was on after all. We could use internet as usual. Then, after a while, the broadband light came on without anyone meddling with the router.
Strange, indeed.
I shut down the laptop, and left the router on. Then, when I switched my laptop again this afternoon, I noticed that the broadband light is off again. According to the user guide, the broadband connection is not on when the light is not on. But the internet connection was on.
Why???
Anyway, glad that I don't need to speak to my phone company about this, because the problem is the light, not the internet connection. But why do I have to suffer from this strange "no-light-but-we-are-connected" situation? The broadband light was very dim and flickering several days ago. So, it might be something to do with a blue light bulb inside the router. But it doesn't make me feel very calm, does it?
