Dear Tesco,
I picked up one of recipe leaflet in your store this afternoon, and I was gobsmacked to find that a cous cous salad recipe that goes with lamb kebabs.
I made a similar-looking cous cous salad a few years ago when I needed to use up home-made borscht. (See these posts: Want some borscht? and My spontaneous cooking without a recipe.) Your version look prettier and more sophisticated than mine, indeed. But please please note that I created this salad first!!!
One more thing: I'd like to see fresh beetroot in your shop. I've never tasted decent ready-cooked one yet. Well, all I need to do is keep visiting the town market, though. Their beetroot is brilliant, and their strawberries tastes 100 times better than yours, anyway.
