1. Cheesy loaf. As there's usually no decent fresh bread at shops on Monday, I baked a white loaf of bread. Added more water and less yeast than usual, to make it look/taste more like artisan bread. Then, added grated Cheddar and black pepper when shaping the dough. And this is the result. Prettier than planned, and tasty, too.
2. Couscous salad. Made a pot of "borscht with sauerkraut" and had some leftover. So, I used the pink/red liquid for soaking couscous. Look at this bright colour! Maybe not very appetising for some people, but we (me and my girls) love this for salad. With a hint of nice soup flavour, you don't need much seasoning.
