Ouch!

Raked dead moss out of the front lawn yesterday afternoon, as heard that it might rain today. Crouching and using a small tool, it was quite tiring. But completed within 30 minutes without a break. Good exercise.

BUT my lower back started getting stiff and painful later in the evening. Regretted that I did too much raking in a short time. Couldn't move much during a night's sleep. And the pain is still here. Can't bend down. Can't get up once sit down... My kids laugh at my struggle and told me how old I was... Need to hire a crane to get me up. Or, any volunteer to help this old woman? (A kind, thoughtful, patient, good-looking man with a decent sense of humour preferable. Yes, am asking too much.)
