Recently I often woke up at around 5:30 in the morning, which led to sleep shortage and exhaustion. Whatever time I go to bed, I woke up at that time. So, I was wondering what caused such a thing.
Usually health book/website says "depression", which sounds rather worrying. According to my next-door neighbour, I always have "too much on my plate", and Z keeps telling me not to work too much. Well, a single mother with 2 kids and a full-time job tends to be prone to stress, but I have been bit more more careful with my health (both physical and mental) recently. So, I really wanted to rule this "depression" out of the cause.
Guess what? I think that I'm now 90% sure what wakes me up at 5:30. BIRDS. I usually hear birds chirping when I wake up early in the morning. Not like a loud "cock-a-doodle-do" by a cockerel. But more like a few birds twittering on and off. This morning, it was raining and I woke up with the sound of alarm clock, and there were no birds' sounds outside. The day is very long now, so I can't blame those little feathered creatures... Now I must think of something so that I can have a decent sleep.
