The invention of the week

I know, I know, it's only Tuesday today, but I'm quite impressed with myself. (Not really, but...)

With the good warm dry weather, no one wants a warm cup of tea during daytime. So, I often made iced latte by myself. But it's becoming boring to have only that, so I made up this iced peach tea.

Put some ice cubes and a bit of peach squash (I used Robinson's peach, no added sugar) in a glass, while brewing strong English tea. Then, just pour the tea into the glass. That's it.

Got the idea from iced peach tea from Costa, which we had a few weeks ago. With the ingredients I used, there's no need to spend a fortune. If this summer continues with good weather, I must experience with other flavours of squash.
