Had lunch at a lovely modern cafe in the town centre before doing some souvenir shopping for M. Had a vegetarian sandwich with vegetarian salad. (I'm a part-time veggie.) Not as expensive as I had thought it would be. Loads of people with suits and middle-class type people inside. My hubby wouldn't have gone in there for the non-working-class atmosphere. But it was a lovely change. Quality food counts a lot, you know. I like the place a lot.
Saw a middle-aged man in suits passing by our table while eating. He had a very familiar face. Kept wondering if I knew him or not, until M and I spotted him again on the way to collect my kids at school a few hours later. Ah, he was the man I often see walking on the bridge near my house!!! Of course I don't know who the hell he is. He immediately recognised us when he overtook us on the footpath. He smiled.
Did giggly photo-shoots in the evening at home, which was hysterical and fun. Surprisingly I didn't hate my face in the photos for a change.
Later on M and I chatted a lot.
