So, does it mean that I am regarded as a man??

There was some electric hissing noise coming from outside this morning, which made my life hell at work. Must have been some kind of alarm noise from someone's car or house. So, despite today's task piling up in my laptop, I decided to go out and get a bunch of flowers at Tesco. (Why flowers? I don't know. Maybe I wanted some new colours inside my house.)

Anyway, grabbed a small but lovely bunch of orange and yellow flowers, which I can't remember the name of, and got out of Tesco. (Yes, I paid.) Being in a mood for more walking, I headed for the town centre so that I could grab a lunch (I didn't want a sad life of reheating yesterday's leftover). Wanted something warm, popped in the butcher's to get some meat + veg stir-fry ("fry it by youself at home" stuff). But they didn't have any at all. Hugely disappointed, I grabbed a black pudding (what a choice!). While paying, I remembered what my girls were wondering a few days ago, and asked the butcher, "Why do all of yous wear shirt and tie?"

Oh, it was fun to see him puzzled with the weird question! He told me "because it looks neat and proper" with the face "How did you come up with such a question? You are insane and unpredictable!" written all over it, and started making some jokey remarks on the tie of his younger colleague, who happned to be walking past him. The younger one's face was "Why do you pick on me! What have I done?" All 3 of us were laughing, so it was OK.

Coming back home, I remembered one of men was saying in Top Gear: When two men are together, they are good to each other. But when one more joins and there are three in one group, two of them get together and start picking on the other one". It's true. Whenever I see two men/boys walking outside together, they are nice to each other. But when three or more are together, one of them is usually getting picked on for just a joke.

And it was the same in the butcher's shop. Me and the butcher were talking nicely to each other, and when anotoher one came near by, he got picked on for a laugh. Interesting. Hold on... does that mean that those butchers regarded me as a man?!!!
