Took my girls to an art centre in the town centre as a free art open day was held. Nice to have such an event every month. Love giving my girls chances to use their imagination and be creative.
On the way to the centre, spotted a Barbie-doll lookalike in her 30s outside a sweet shop. Long dyed blond hair, pink skinny top and white frilly short skirt. From an eye of a 34 year-old cynical woman, she simply looked desperate to be ****ed. But why did she need to dress like that... Have no idea. I don't like most of women with dyed-blond hair because they all look the same and they always behave as if they were sexually more desirable just because of their appearances. Well, none of my business, and they should dress in whatever way they like. But there's a bit of sadness in women with that kind of appearances because they are anything but Erin Brockovich.
As we walked past her on the footpath, my wee one said "Hello" to the old Barbie!!! Several footsteps afterwards, asked my wee one why she said such a thing to the woman. Her answer was, "Mummy, that's N's mum". N is a 9 year-old girl who lives around the corner where we used to live!!! I always remembered N's mother as a dark-haired woman, so I didn't recognise her... What a shock. I know N's family is trashy, but her mother is getting worse, which is rather concerning than laughable.
In my experience, women who dress like that are usualy 10 years too old to do it - underlining their age and desperation...
