While having breakfast after my girls left for school, watched a BBC programme that a middle-aged woman trying to find her long-lost father. Not a great programme. It's interesting to watch about all those "science" stuff. But why do they have to use people who are desperately looking for their relatives? I mean, it looked as if they were playing with genes and couldn't be bothered with the person's emotional matters. Well, that's the price to pay if you let a TV programme look for your parent whom you have never seen on.
Anyway, the woman was reunited with her father, which I was very pleased with. But found that I really hated to see "father and daughter happy again together". Felt helpless and useless because can't do anything for my girls about their father. There will be no reunion while they are alive. Never knew that I could be upset about this. Oh well. Life sucks as usual and I just have to get on with it.
