Got a lovely bread-making book from M last week, and I'm madly falling in love with the book. It's not a book for impatient bakers.
I made pizzas from the book for tea this evening. Well, actually I had to start making it 6 hours before teatime. But it was worth the wait. The best pizza I've ever made!!! And I must confess it was one of the best ones I've tasted. I still can't believe that I can make pie crust as lovely as this one. I must be dreaming...
I must chuck away all the other pizza recipes I used to have. Thanks, M!
