Getting ready for winter

Got the boiler serviced this afternoon and now it's ready for cold seasons! The boiler man charged me £28 for servicing the boiler (no repair or no new parts needed). As far as I remember, he charged me the same amount since 4 years ago... He must be getting loads of work or becoming more competitive. Or, has he found a way to pay less tax?? (Joking!). I'm not complaining, any way.
