Homemade hummus

Made hummus last night. The recipe is from the Lebanese cookbook from the library. No oil in it, so it's low in fat. And I can adjust the amount of salt by myself, so it's low in sodium. Quite healthy version, I guess. My girls stared at me as if I were mad when I was calling myself a genius in the kitchen. Yes, I'm mad. But the humus tastes better than the supermarket ones, you know.
