Went to bed at 11pm last night. I know such a thing is nothing impressive to the majority of people, but it'd been at least 6-8 weeks since I went to bed before midnight. I was trying to write in the living room but I became too tired to do anything at 10.30pm.
Strangely I had a dream of being woken up by my big girl last night. In the dream I got up, annoyed, and marched into my girls' room to tell her to keep quiet because it was only 6.30 in the morning... Then, I went back to my bed to sleep. Yes, I had a very strange feeling when the alarm clock went off and woke up for real.
But thanks to this decent (length of) sleep, I feel much better mentally and physically. And the pain in the hip is not as bad, either! Good. I should try to go to bed before midnight more often.
