After finishing writing yesterday's blog, I remembered bread dough in a bowl in my kitchen. It' had been about 3 hours since I left it for the 1st rise!!!
Well, surprisingly the dough was OK even though it was nearly overflowing the bowl. I baked it in a usual way. And the result? It was OK. Can't tell any difference from properly-made ones!
It's about time I did something with my brain. It hasn't been functioning properly for 3-4 days and making myself a walking sitcom... Any advice from neurologists? (Probably I would be told to find my brain first...)
