I'm a baker today

Baked pita bread and bagels this morning. Prepared the dough last night, so everything went very quickly and finished by 11am. Surprisingly there was no confusion or silly mistakes while dealing with 2 breads at the same time. Miracles never cease.

The next bread baking should be my sourdough. Still haven't decided whether I should make it white or brown...

Used pita bread with salads for tea, as it was very a sunny, warm, bright day. (We had ice cream on the way from school. We needed it!) Who wants a hot cooked meal on a day like this?
